1) Does EDEN GARDEN EXPORTS manufacture items based on as per customer specifications? Since we manufacture only fresh goods, we are able work with customer specifications.
2) What are the sampling charges?
As per company policy, a new customer pays a USD 100 for sampling charges that include a maximum of 5 samples as well as courier cost.
For an existing customer sampling is FREE.
3) Can I order and make the payment online? You can order online but currently we are not offering online payments.
4) How do I get a USERNAME and PASSWORD? Click on My Account which is on the top right corner of your page. Click on ‘New User, signup’, fill in a simple form and you will receive a confirmation by email almost immediately.
5) Does EDEN GARDEN EXPORTS keep stock of any of the items displayed? No, KNIT KNOT manufactures / sources only fresh goods. KNIT KNOT exports to various clients in different countries around the world.
We are not able to keep stock since fabrics, sizes, styles, fashions vary for each customer.
6) Who are EDEN GARDEN EXPORTS’s customers?
EDEN GARDEN EXPORTS’s customers are large retailers or wholesalers.
7) What are the minimum quantities?
Minimums vary with garment. Minimums per style are mentioned in each section. Minimums mentioned are per color / per item
8) Do the prices online include freight and insurance?
No, the prices online are FOB prices (X factory prices). Freight and Insurance charges would be added based on your destination, mode of shipment and carrier. Custom duties and clearing charges would be borne by the customer.
9) Does EDEN GARDEN EXPORTS provide or suggest carrier for the shipments?
Since we have been doing business from India to different parts of the world, our staff is well aware of reliable carriers at reasonable prices. Since we give good amount of business to these carriers we are also able to fetch you a great deal on the freight for the shipment.
10) Can we (the customer) advice the mode of shipment (Sea or Air) and suggest carrier as per our convenience / requirement?
Yes, you as the customer could suggest the mode of shipment and your preferred carrier.
